I am a certified, independently licensed pediatric primary health provider.  Recently retired from active practice as the provider and coordinator of a large pediatric school based health clinic in Brooklyn, I am currently active with the NYC Medical Reserve Corps, serving as a health provider in the emergency shelters following Hurricane Sandy.

 

I am a certified Child Abuse Identification and Prevention instructor with New York State and with the Archdiocese of New York. My past experience also includes positions as Adjunct Instructor of pediatric clinical nursing at CSI and Wagner College and most recently at Columbia University School of Nursing Graduate Department.

Harbor House is a 75 bed enriched housing facility with an assisted living program. Our residents are over 65, on Medicaid, and each has a private studio apartment in a 5 story elevator building. We provide room and board, recreation, three full meals a day in a communal dining room, housekeeping and maintenance services, laundry services and more.If someone is identified as needing some assistance with living arrangements, mostly independent, but in need of a supportive environment funded by Medicaid, they could feel free to contact us for further information, tours and the application process.
